My daughters hair was ruined after a bad perm and bad haircut, not to mention they dripped hair solution all down her shirt. When my daughter complained, the stylist said it was fine. She was burning for 3 days. Was told twice the manager would call me and didn't. Finally went there and talked to the manager on the phone. She yelled and screamed at me. Never going back.
