Every day I've been to this place, the people that work for the company are always welcoming and helpful. Although I don't know each one by name, everyone there takes the time to pre wet the front of my car before I go through the wash so that it gives it time to soak.
There's one fellow there who keeps directing my car towards the outside edge of the tire rail and each time he does, my hub caps always get bent and scratched. As long as you avoid that one jokester, you should be ok. You'll usually find him hiding in his car or won't spray the front of your car before it enters the wash either.
Horriable left soap scum all over my car when i complained they said no refunds wont be back
I typically use the self-serve wash bays, as I prefer washing my vehicle myself. There are times when I'll run-through the touch-free wash, but I'm never pleased with the results. Water alone, just doesn't get your vehicle clean! So, after the recent snow we had, my truck was filthy from the road salt. I didn't have the extra time to wash it myself, so I took a chance on the 'soft cloth' wash. What a joke!!! My truck looked EXACTLY the same as it does, after the 'touch free' wash. Water spots, and soap ALL OVER my truck! I had to spend an extra twenty-minutes or so, using a spray detailer to attempt to get rid of all the water spots. If you like lots of cheap soapy suds and water spots/marks, left on your vehicle after a THIRTEEN DOLLAR wash, this is definitely the place for you! Not to mention, there was still plenty of road salt visible in many places on my truck. Sorry, but, your "lava bath" is a HUGE fail!!! I definitely don't recommend this place at all. Free vacs are all well and good, but if your vehicle is still dirty after a 'wash', the vacs are pretty-much pointless. Want a CLEAN vehicle? Stick to the two-bucket method, and wash it yourself. Your vehicle will thank you in the end!
Dropped in yesterday to check in on the monthly car wash program and its amenities. The attendant, once we found him, was friendly and incredibly informative. There is a $20, $30 & $40 option. My opinion is that the $30 option is the best for me, but it depends on your needs and budget.
