Great selection and they have "no credit" options
Never been in there,but they have been having a grand opening for like 2 months now...I see maybe 3 cars there at any given time..how many are customers? Why open another furniture store down the road from one that already has awful reviews? (Ashley). Elkton isn't the best place for a furniture store. I can't imagine having a store open year round just waiting for when people get their taxes back to come in and buy for a few weeks,then back to being slow again.
Also,at least one of the reviews on here is fake.. The reviewer only has 2 reviews..both are 5 stars for 2 of Cohen's locations. They also have pictures up that were obviously taken by an employee or manager. That's pretty bad..reviewing your own store.
Friendly staff, price is right, the people there were willing to work with me on the price (big plus for me) and the top reason why iam giving them 5 stars is because they didnt hover ontop of me the whole time they just came up to me and asked if i had any questions and walked away they only really spoken to me when i acutally needed them to (very big plus for me)
TERRIBLE. We purchased 3500 for bedroom furniture, they told me 4-6 weeks it would be in, after week 4 they called us and said they had everything but one nightstand, I told them no, that’s not going to work, I’m super busy, I would rather wait until they have allllll of the furniture, she said, that’s fine but it will be another 2 weeks, I said ok that’s fine. They come out 2 weeks later for the scheduled delivery without NO NIGHT STANDS. I call and complain, they apologize and say they can bring me one immediately, I’m like ok fine but again I’m not happy because I waited 2 extra weeks for no reason. THEN, the guy comes down stairs and tells me there’s no hardware on the bed so they can’t put it together. I call the manager and I’m furious, he promises to come right out and put it together himself, he takes hardware from the bed on the floor, and the manager did come out in his suit with a sales man to put the bed together, only they put it in the wrong spot because they didn’t ask me. They had to take the bed apart and put it back, I had them in my house for like 6 hours that day. So, this morning I wake up and the bed is completely sagging in the middle, we look underneath the bed and it’s completely coming apart, they stripped the parts to put the bed together and I’m guessing they had the wrong parts. I am so fustrated and angry that we have spent so much money only to be jerked around and sold furniture that is missing pieces and falling apart. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
