They may have competent stylists. But 3 of the last 3 times I had appointments, I was left waiting quite awhile. Appointment times mean nothing. The first time I waited 30-40 minutes and I finally said something & warned them I'd have to leave soon, and the best they could do was assign me to someone else. The second time I was told I'd be seen right away, I sit down, and then I realize the only stylist working just started on someone. Third time I made an appointment in advance and asked them to pick them time. I arrive on time to find one stylist just starting her customer and the other is waiting for her appt. So here I sit waiting and waiting. And they aren't even apologetic.
They were great with my daughter. Fast and just a nice place to go
I had my hair cut there twice but my wife Loves it and the owner is very nice ....and does excellent work.......
