Since Dr. Yu left, I've had nothing but difficulties! Every single time I call, it's always a hassle to get a prescription filled or to schedule an appointment. Employees in the front office have dropped the ball multiple times on submitting prescription requests to the Dr. I've had to wait over a week on more than one occasion. Yet I'm told to arrive 20 minutes early or they will cancel the appointments. I have to be prompt & timely, but it's not necessary for them to be. I did NOT have any issues when Dr. Yu was there, the newer front office staff & the new Psychiatrist, who seems to Never be in the office, fail in comparison to the previous staff and psychiatrist.
