I asked for my records on Tuesday. Signed the release form and everything. She told me it would take 1 to 2 days. It has been 5 and I still have not gotten them. They know I have a doctors appointment on Monday that I need these records for. Anytime I need information, I'm never able to get it.

Called their phone number for help and the woman that answered said they've been having issues they don't even have an online store they don't understand what's going on why people are calling . She put me on hold and never came back. This whole thing smells like a scam do not buy from them .
I wasn't sure about this place in the beginning especially since my anxiety keeps me from going places and I don't like to go to doctors offices and he was making me come in every other week which is still happening but now he is helping and he is a great listener and takes the time to talk to you and refer you if you need help that his office is unable to give. I've really come to like seeing dr. sokoloff
Wow this is bad, two weeks no doctor In Chestertown sheeesh.
My significant other went there and the FEMALE NURSE took him for the urine test...told him she had to pat him down...then accused him of having something in his pants...he dropped his pants and you could clearly see there was nothing there...then she touched his male parts with her hands....then told the doctor they need to see him once a week again...well thats when he went off and told the doctor all that these nurses have been doing for the past 3 months... what they are doing is against medical ethics...first off a male nurse should be there to deal with male patients...second... male or female NURSE does NOT have the right to touch your private area in regards to a urine test....third...the doctor lets the nurse tell her what to give the patient....so unethical!!!!!
