Cecil County Public Library is a very well kept library with many books,movies,and technology for all around to little kids to elders. It is a very pleasant place to go if you would like to read and have some alone time.

Laid back & peaceful. Good selection of books,movies,games etc. If they don't have the will get it on loan from any other maryland library.
In the quiet are, one can also hear people talking in the teen section (which is a little more understandable). But people were holding conversations in the quiet area sometimes also. And the quiet area also has a policy explicitly allowing short phone conversations, too.
The information desk is right next to the quiet area. Which means the quiet area is subject to a constant stream of conversation from the information desk. Suggestion to library personnel: merge it with the front desk.
One on one or the special programs on business models, social media, you need Cecil County Public libraries If you are a new business, growing business or just want to sharpen your skills they should be your go to resource!
