I don't eat at Taco Bell often. This is not about the food, which is just okay to me. The service at this location is always bad. Expect to wait in drive-thru and check your order for accuracy. My last order was for 6 items. It was confirmed and handed to me. 4 of the items were so different that I couldn't recognize them and 1 was missing completely.
It's Taco Bell! Because every once in awhile you need to get your $2.99 Mexican food fix!
Customer service was great, the manager was very friendly, the food was great, the restrooms were clean and there was plenty of salt on the parking lot and sidewalk due to the icy conditions. We enjoyed our visit and will visit again soon.
every time I go here and try to give them another chance they mess up my order. Fast food yeah, but WRONG. Last time I go there today.
