0ne star is to many constantly leave my box open exposed to the elements and,deliver my packages at their convenience the tracking shows it as delevered but I might see it two days later.
This post office has been the worst! I have had nothing but problems with them. If you try to call about your problem they are VERY disrespectful! Today they gave me nothing BUT attitude kept cutting me off wouldn't let me explain myself ...wouldn't give me a number to speak to somebody above their Department wouldn't give me his name and told me he said it at the beginning of the call then hung up on me! I WILL be looking into who I need to speak about all of this and I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS
Dont expect anything from here tried change of address its been over 5months and sometimes i get my mail at my new house. But most of the time they still deliver to old house :(
Rudest bunch of employees I have ever met. Don’t dare bring something in the wrong box because they won’t help you repackage like North East & Chesapeake City. I’d take the extra time and go to one of those locations.
They don't answer their phone. I've called twice now because I have switched my address over for over 2 weeks now and have yet to receive any of my mail. And I asked my mom if my mail was still coming to her house and she said no. So where is my mail really going? Absolutely irritating that they can't even answer the phone.
