this place sucks messy burger had a hair in my fries then got new ones and found something else in my fries..very discussed with this place..it even is less the a star rating.
In the end they were poorly prepared and my kids wouldn't eat them. What was supposed to be a nice Sunday morning treat on the back end of a 12 hr night shift turned into 20 minutes of family time missed, $14 down the drain and eggo waffles for Sunday breakfast.
This Hardee's takes incompetence to a new level. It took 18 minutes to make six biscuits. They were the 2/$3.50 special and were completely unprepared.
I honestly don't see how this place has positive reviews. Headed back down the road from Bear, DE with my mom and grandma from a day of shopping, we were hungry so we decided to try Hardee's. We ate inside, and that was making me cringe. The restaurant is kind of gross looking, spots of liquids on the floor, crumbs on the seats. The moment I walked in I noticed the floor was sticky. It was also extremely cold!!! I mean I understand it was hot outside as this was the last week of summer, but I shouldn't have to wear a sweater when I'm eating inside of a building. Ideally you want to be comfortable when you eat, but the freezing temperature made that nearly impossible, at least for me anyway. Workers have no energy or personality (FYI it wouldn't hurt to smile). They're also lazy. I ordered a quarter pounder and substituted the fries for onion rings. My food was cold, they let it sit there after they made it, they were supposed to bring the food to our table, we had the number sitting on the edge, but my mom had to do their job! She stood at the counter to make sure the guy who was mopping didn't touch our food. They need to mop and clean when they first open early in the morning, instead of doing that around customers. The burger was sad. It had no flavor aside from the ketchup, onions, and cheese. Would've been nice if they had put mayo on it but I guess you have to request that, whatever. Definitely not worth $8. Onion rings were so hard when I took a bite the crunch could be heard from China. My grandma's chocolate milkshake didn't even taste like chocolate. I left with my food in a bag and warmed it up in the microwave once I got to my grandma's apartment, but it still didn't taste any better. I was so disappointed in this place because it's relatively new but it's gone downhill fast. Our first choice was to eat at Pat's in Northeast, and that's what we should've did. Do not go here, crappiest food I've ever had and overpriced. I wouldn't even give my burger to a dog.
The employees should visit a Hardee's in the South to see what their brand should deliver.
Great service, great food. Everything about my visit was great. The manager Susan went out of her way to make sure i had a pleasant experience..
Okay, so today for the first time in my life, I tried Hardees. I got the mushroom swiss thickburger meal. It was hot, tasted fresh and grilled, and is honestly the best burger I've had outside of Jake's or Five Guys.
