What an incredible experience! I had driven a car at another dealership in the area, but they wouldn't work with me to get me the price I wanted. Elaine is personable and did a great job showing me the car and the value I was getting. She and Shawn worked with the numbers I had in order to get me the price that I needed. Bottom Line: I would recommend them to all of my family and friends as a first stop.
I had a great experience at Elkton Ford! I worked with Jack and Al in the used department and was very happy with their service and efforts to get me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford. My wife and I bought a used car here and had excellent service. The salesman Jack did an awesome job with us. I found the car on line and dealt with the Internet Mgr. for pretty much most of the financial stuff. we exchanged messages for a couple days about the car I wanted and what we would be trading in. We did the credit app online and within minutes we had a response back with what we were looking for. We set a time to come in and do the deal mind you we drove 2 1/2 hours for this car. When we arrived it was sitting at the front door cleaned and detailed waiting for us. Went inside and did all the paperwork with no hidden surprises. Which ended up being a little more time consuming than it should have been but it was later in the evening on a Friday at the end of the month so it is what it is. The only issue that I really had the whole time was during the test drive we could feel vibration when braking. In my experience it felt like the rotors were warped a bit and the salesman that went with us agreed. When we brought it up to the Finance Mgr. while signing everything, He said "I drove it home the other night and didn't notice anything" and just shrugged his shoulders. I was buying the car anyway but that kinda pissed me off a little bit. So that's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars
I just bought a 2015 explorer, which Jon Miller brought to me at work on my lunch to test drive!! Who does that??!! He does!!! He waa amazing got me a great deal and had Rob Saunders hook me up in the finance department!! Like Batman and Robin they are the DYNAMIC DUO!! I am 54 years old and have bought over 25 cars, trucks, vans and SUV's in my life. I have to say that Elkton Ford is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I was thrilled with the price I got for my truck and my wife's SUV that we bought on the same day in January. I have never been treated with so much respect and professionalism before and the team at Elkton Ford appreciated the value of my time and got us in and out quickly. However it did not stop there...when service was needed I cannot give enough accolades to the team there. We were in and out, if we needed a loaner it was provided in a timely manner and the repairs done on time and done right. The dealership including service is a first rate facility. Clean, comfortable and classy is how I would describe it. The GM Mark Hyman has put together a great dealership that I would urge anyone to stop in and give them a chance to earn your business. !00,000 miles later you will want to go back for your next purchase.
