Mike was running around saying how much he loves his customers today. WELL I was having my U-Joints done when they were done they test drove it .lol tells me the truck had to be towed back to shop[ put together wrong]. Took all day no airrends were done that day. BOTTOM LINE AFTER THAT HORRIBLE DAY . I GET A SORRY & COUPONS $40.00 NEXT VISIT LMAO HOW INSULTING!!!!!!!IS THAT. He charged me Full prise on his screw up!!! & Messed my whole day up THAT'S JUST WRONG & %*&#%#@^* UP!!!!! I will NOT be going there anymore or my family & Friends SO YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. HE SO FAKE!!° WRONG JUST WRONG!!!!
I am new to the Elkton area and moved from out of state. Two different auto centers I contacted for the required state inspection recommended Premier. They were fast efficient and straight forward. They did find two problems with one of my vehicles and were able to show me the problems and fix it the same day. Don't hesitate to use their services.
Went there for a state inspection - Excellent experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended some repair work but didn't push the issue like so many other auto shops do. I will be going back!
They don't offer all of the services I would like, but they're always nice and straight forward.
