Terrible customer service from the front desk to housekeeping. If you want he front desk woman to say things like & I quote "Good Afternoon , I guess should I say Good Morning to you. Must be nice that you get to sleep until noon." With an (eye roll)! I did go there for my safety after being jumped by a man and a woman the night before.REGARDLESS - She was rude, my room was NOT cleaned from prior occupants, shower head didn't work & she would not change my room. Asked for clean linens after 3 days she said no. You will have to Make it yourself and pulled all the linens for two beds in my arms. Make sure u tell them the night before. Could care less that I am in a back brace with two dogs in tow at 1:00 in the afternoon! It was inconvenient for them to ( allow me), the guest paying $125.00 per night Clean linen and clean towels three days later. FYI spent over $1000.00 there & still her & housekeeping acted as if we were a bother to them. Just asking them to do their job. Not much of a choice of clean & safe hotels in Elkton for a woman alone with two little dogs.
Small, but very nice hotel. Great rooms, we had the king bed and it was spacious, clean and all you could ask for. Nice staff. Good AC. Complementary breakfast was fine. Nothing special but up to par for a nicer hotel- waffles, cereal, eggs, meat, danish, bread etc.
This hotel is surprisingly nice! Wasn't expecting much- but seems to be recently updated. Comfy beds and furniture. We got the suite room with sofa bed and two queens and it was hugggeeee! Tons of extra space. Breakfast is okay. Eggs are gross and powder- waffles are good. Staff we encountered was nice enough. Clean rooms and no complaints.
Rooms clean staff friendly. Beds ok recommend bringing ouwn pillows

I have never given a bad review before La Quintals Inn. It was just that bad and worse
Gave me a hard time checking in after I’ve made reservations and I’m a rewards member. Made me show 2 forms of ID along with my credit card and corporate lodging card ? Then He said my name wasn’t the same on each card and license and second credit card? My corporate lodging card doesn’t have my middle initial....so, I showed him my Concealed Weapon license & My NAACP membership card ... they don’t have my middle initial either.
