Had a storage locker there for over 2 years. Always had major difficulty getting someone to answer the phone to make a payment, but they always worked us. However, called today to make my payment, and my unit was sold this past Monday. One phone call was made the Sunday before to a family member. Our contact information was never updated in their system although it was given to them each and every time I called to make my payment.
Great service, clean facilities. However they don't accept cash.
They are easy to work with, but are terrible at communicating and keeping customer information up to date. Please be aware of this as you can only make a payment by physically going there with a card, or calling which 9 out of 10 times, no one is there to answer.
