Good luck processing a claim through them. Very unprofessional and not worth the trouble if you're a routine shipper. One of the pallets delivered to us fell over on their truck. This resulted in damage to the product. We're a merchant and can't sell products to customers like this. We processed the claim and they kept coming up with excuses to reject it.

Providing documentation that the items are new, invoices, pictures, and even having the driver call in the damage isn't enough for this company.
Update: I received a check from Estes which covered part of the claim that I had previously wrote a negative review about. I am pleased that at least part of the value of the damage freight was covered.

Be prepared for Damaged Goods with no Claim Service. They will get it there, but it will be damaged and they don't offer any claims, will only deny your claim or act as they don't know what your talking about. Even with pictures and videos. I wouldn't risk it.
